About this service

What Is Early Intervention ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children build meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that get in the way of learning. Our early intervention program is ABA designed for young children. We can begin at age 2, once your child has a diagnosis. A trained therapist teaches through play and everyday routines, following a plan written and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Parents are part of the process from the first day.

Benefits Of Starting Early

  • First words and ways to communicate. Children learn to ask for what they want and need.
  • Learning through play. Sessions feel like play, because that is how young children learn best.
  • Early social skills. Children practice taking turns, sharing attention and playing with others.
  • Easier daily routines. We work on mealtimes, getting dressed and other everyday moments.
  • Ready for preschool. Children build the skills that help them join a classroom.
  • Support for parents. You learn strategies to use between sessions.
